Welcome to galettista, where I will be writing and posting photographs of my cooking experiences. I live outside of Philadelphia with my husband and teenage daughter, both vegetarians. I like cooking with natural foods and whole grains, but I don’t eschew butter, eggs, sugar, and chocolate (especially not chocolate.)
I am planning to take part in a bake-along with other food bloggers baking their way through Baking with Julia, the cookbook by Dorie Greenspan based on Julia Child’s celebrated PBS series. The bake-along will tackle two recipes from the book each month.
